CAS Applied Chemistry Materials Co., Ltd. was established in 1997, and is a national hi-tech enterprise which belongs to CAS Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry (CIAC). Zhongke takes the technology of CIAC as support, and makes the manufacture based on the international standard for quality, keen to the research and development of rubber polymer materials. We are specialized in the manufacture of special insulation & sealing protecting mastic which are widely used in the filed of electronic & electrical industry, telecommunication industry, automotive industry, and others.

In recent years, Zhongke Company embraces the professionalism by keeping pace with the times, does research constantly in the filed of polymer materials, and gets a great success with the development of radiation cross-linked silicone rubber self-amalgamating tapes, electric stress relief adhesives, waterproof insulation mastic and a series of these products. Zhongke grasps the market demand accurately, studies and develops high-tech products such as thermochromatic mastic. We aim at being a 3M enterprise, and have the most complete insulation & protected sealing products line. Our radiation cross-linked silicon rubber has been used in the military aircraft engine for more than 7 years. Meanwhile, based on scores of application test reports which have been taken for more than three years, this product became the indispensable product for supplying quick power supply in Beijing Olympics Games 2008. In this year, the product has been applied widely in National Grid Beijing 110KV and Tianjin 35KV Substation for electrical insulation and protection, and has obtained unanimous approvals from specialists in the electricity industry.

Zhongke has passed the evaluation of ISO9001:2000. Our company has five specialists and professors as advisers all year around, and has made cooperation with Shenyang Liming Aero Engine, Beijing Institute of Aeronautical Materials, Beijing University of Chemical Technology, and Russia Synthetic Rubber Institute in developing new projects.

1. High & low temperature resistant radiation cross-link silicon rubber and self-amalgamating tapes: military tapes, electrical tapes, high-voltage tapes, thermochrom adhesives, high-temperature endurable clarified mastics and many kinds of multipurpose products.

Red, yellow, green and grey colors are available on request.

2. Non vulcanized sealant mastics and series of insulation sealant & protected mastics: waterproof tapes, fire-retardant tapes, anti-corrosion tapes, protected mastics, mildew proof adhesives, sealant tapes, water sealing mastics, and others.

3. Aerospace Sealants: organic silicon sealants, polysulfide sealants, thermal conductivity sealants, and foaming sealants.

4. Special & protected sealing heat shrinkable products: high rate double-wall shrinkable tubing, fluorine rubber high temperature resistant heat shrinkable tubing, oil & temperature resistance tubing, identification sleeves, connector protective sleeves, cable accessories, and others.

5. Buckle-like insulation covering: red, yellow, green, and black colors are available, and four sizes of 18, 20, 28, and 38 are available.
